Videos of the horses in our sale barn are available with a $10. deposit.
Your deposit will be refunded if the video is returned to us within
30 days. Sorry, no special video requests are accepted. Refunds are
issued within 10 days of receipt of returned video tape.
Please, don't send cash, only a check.
Indicate the name of the horse
for which you are requesting the video on your check. Mail

A 10% deposit will hold a horse for 15 days. This deposit is
non-refundable once you have signed a pre-purchase agreement, unless the horse fails to pass a veterinary health
exam. Then of course, your deposit would be refunded to you.

No horse will leave Storm King Ranch until it is paid for in full.
|
|
|
As a Buyer, you will be responsible for payment of all transportation
costs, vet exams requested by you, and all certificates necessary
for the horse to travel to its new home.

In the best interest of our horses
, Storm King Ranch reserves the right to refuse to place a horse in a
home that we feel is not suitable for either the buyer or the horse.

Prices and availability of horses for sale are subject to change
without prior notice.
